A Legacy of Service, Leadership & Social Responsibility Since 2009

The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit at Rishi M.S. Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women (RITW) is one of the institution’s most active and community-focused wings. Established to promote holistic development and value-based education, the NSS unit continuously inspires young women to become empathetic, responsible, and socially committed citizens.

Founded in 2009 in memory of the legendary vocalist Bharat Ratna M.S. Subbulakshmi, RITW has grown into a prominent women’s engineering institution with a lush 5.2-acre campus opposite JNTU Hyderabad. Approved by AICTE and recognized by the Government of Telangana, the college proudly holds NAAC ‘A’ Grade accreditation and is listed in NIRF, reflecting its commitment to excellence. In this academically enriching environment, the NSS unit serves as a powerful platform for meaningful community interaction, awareness creation, and nation-building initiatives.
