Rishi M.S Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women (RITW) has established a dedicated MSME Incubation Cell to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup culture among women students. The cell acts as a platform for nurturing creative ideas and transforming them into sustainable business models.

Through structured mentoring, skill development programs, and hands-on guidance, the Incubation Cell supports students in developing entrepreneurial competencies aligned with the objectives of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME).

The MSME Incubation Cell encourages industry interaction, innovation-driven learning, and problem-solving approaches to address real-world challenges. Students are guided through ideation, validation, and early-stage development of startups.
