Mrs. Kalam Lakshmi Tulasi
 Training and Placement Head

Lakshmi heads Training and Placement division at Rishi MS Engineering and Technology College for Women. She has 10+ years of extensive IT industry experience working on Java, Dot net, Database, CRM and Azure cloud technologies. She is certified in Oracle DBA and Azure cloud platforms. Lakshmi has 2 years of training and placement experience in academic space. She leverages her deep IT industry and technology experience to devise effective and relevant technological and soft skill training programs for students. She believes in the holistic development of students with a strong emphasis on result-based outcomes.

Internships are an excellent platform to bridge the gap between academics and industry. Rishi considers this as an extremely important aspect in getting a student ‘placement ready’. Lakshmi passionately drives & guides students to take-up internships and participate in innovation hackathons right from the beginning of academics. Her mentoring skills and technology background is a huge factor in significantly higher internship and hackathons participation of students at Rishi.

3rd Digital Employment Exchange Of Telangana (DEET) Job Fair that was
conducted at Rishi MS Institute Of Engineering & Technology For Women on
14th March 2023.

The event was a resounding success, and we could not have achieved it
without good student participation.

Student participation played an integral role in making the event a huge
triumph.

The job fair was well-attended, with over 887 Interviews and 25
companies participating in the event. The job seekers were a mix of
recent graduates, pursuing students, and experienced professionals. The
Companies were a diverse group of employers from various different
industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, edutech,
pharmaceuticals, banking, and manufacturing.

The event started with an opening keynote from the
Secretary-Correspondent- M. Rajasree of the college, followed by a
speech from Ms. Varsharani Bhagatpatil, who is the Incubator Manager at
AIC T-Hub in Hyderabad.

The next speaker was Ms. Reena Rao- Dy. Manager at FTCCI, who gave a
motivational speech to all the jobseekers.

After her speech, the DEET team- Mr. Gangadhar J., HeadAcademic and
Corporate Initiatives and Mr. Mohit Kumar Fruitwala, Vice President –
Business took the stage to talk about the DEET Job Fairs.

After completing the Inauguration Ceremony, the companies started to
move to their allocated individual rooms for the interview process.

MSME-DFO, Hyderabad, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, has organized Two-Day Awareness Programme on IP Yatra during 13th & 14th March 2023.

Rishi MS – MSME Host Institute was established in 2020 in Telangana State , we nurture business ideas of student and externals.

Rishi MS MSME incubation cell guide students and externals on business idea documentation and to be sure about business idea feasibility we
engage various SME’s from Technology, Banking and finally handhold them to submit idea to MSME every year.

MSME IP yatra programme created awareness on MSME innovative Scheme to generate ideation & share knowledge/experiences over the IPR regime
domestically and internationally , which plays a crucial role in achieving competitive advantage and technological gains for our students and externals.

Speakers from IPR domain deliberated various IP related components , Patent, GI, Trademark, Design.
