Scope:

1. This committee is the heritage of social norms, ethical
values, traditional customs, belief systems, that originated in or are associated in the colleges.

Scope:

1. The Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) Committee promotes the special interests of students in the reserved category.
2. It is expected to provide inputs in areas where students experience difficulties. The Committee regularly organizes interactive sessions and informal meetings with students to attend to their personal, social and academic problems.
3. The committee ensures equality among all the staff and students by counseling and sensitizing the stakeholders to optimally utilize the benefits of the schemes offered by the Government of India.
4. List of Resolutions for SC/ST Welfare were maintained
5. Hand Book for Scheduled Tribes is maintained
6. Scholarships and schemes for sc/st students will be issued by Government of India

TIME TABLE COMMITTEE

Scope:

1. Review the Student Eligibility Report to ascertain the courses that will be required in the next semester
2. Develop a well-distributed, internally consistent schedule that meets student needs
3. Update the schedule as needed, through the drop-add period, to take account of actual Student enrolment results.
4. Preparing the class time table efficiently at the beginning of each semester with the active involvement of the committee members of the respective department in the Time Table Committee.
5. Preparing the Academic Calendar.
6. With the information gathered, prepare the class time tables in the prescribed format. d) By referring to the class timetables, prepare the timetables of individual faculty members and labs.
7. Communicate and widely publicize the class time tables to staff and students.
8. Make the class time tables available in the Documentation Room for students’ reference.
9. Prepare Academic Calendar by collecting information from Conveners of various Committees, HODs and the Principal.
10. Display and publicize the Academic Calendar for the information of students and staff.

Objectives:

1. The mission of the Time-Table Committee is to prepare the Semester Schedule for the College
2. Smooth and efficient management of academic programmer through the semesters.
3. Timetabling concerns all activities with regard to producing a schedule that must be subjective to different constraints.
4. Timetable can be defined as the optimization of given activities, actions or events to a set of objects in the space time matrix to satisfy a set of desirable constraints.
5. A key factor in running an educational center or basically an academic environment is the need for a well-planned, well-throughout and clash-free timetable.
6. Timetable development process starts when each Head of Department provide the following information to be used for timetable scheduling. The information provides the modules with dates and times suitable in a particular semester

Scope:

1. Ensuring to maintain discipline and regularity in attendance.
2. Eliminate excessive absentees.
3. Encouraging students to apply their time and attention toward obtaining the maximum benefits for their education.
This implies that students come to college on time and should not be able to leave the college campus without permission.

Objective:

1. To keep the track of student’s attendance for every semester with student sign.
2. To ensure whether there is any co- relation between student’s performance and attendance. If so, then inform to their parents.
3. To ensure attendance must be taken for each lecture/practical/tutorial.
4. To observe class teacher will maintain consolidate attendance sheet at the end every month.
5. To display detention students list means the student whose attendance is less and found to be regular defaulter.
