NSS(NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME)
National Service Scheme is a Voluntary Association of Young People in College.
Universities. The Cardinal Principle of the NSS Program is that is organized and Teachers through their combined participation in community service get a sense of involvement in the tasks of nation building. All activities undertaken in NSS are under the able leadership of G.Anisha from H & S Department.

- RITWH gives much importance to activities other than curriculum through structured Co and Extra-curricular activities.
- These activities are integrated and spread over the entire academic year, as they have profound impact in shaping up the overall personality of a student.
- All activities are pre-planned and included in the college curricular calendar.
- All activities are well planned and executed by the students with assistance from faculty when needed.
- Orientation Day (for I-B.Tech students and their parents), Traditional Day (Pongal Celebrations), PRAGNA (the tech fest) and NAACH (the College Day) are the major annual attractions.
- Students actively participate in programs conducted on important days like Republic day, Independence day, Engineers day etc events.
- They also participate in sports and cultural activities every year.
