National Cadet Corps (NCC)
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) at Rishi MS Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women provides students with a unique opportunity to develop discipline, leadership, and a spirit of service to the nation. The unit instills qualities of responsibility, teamwork, and resilience, helping young women grow into confident and socially committed individuals.
Through regular training, drills, camps, and social service activities, cadets gain exposure to physical fitness, community engagement, and national integration programs. The NCC experience not only enhances personality development but also opens pathways for careers in defense services and public service.
At our institute, the NCC is more than a uniform – it is a platform that empowers women to build courage, character, and a sense of pride in contributing to the nation.
